Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: for preparation of vodka used are ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux" and potable water with hardness up to 1 mole/cu. m for natural nonsoftened water, and up to 0.35 mole/cu.m, for softened water. Biologically active additive of the following composition is introduced in alcohol "Lux": lithium, 1.60-2.08; sodium, 0.50-0.64; potassium, 0.20-0.38; magnesium, 0.01-0.30; iron, 0.01-2.0; zinc, 0.01-0.24; copper, 0.25-0.35; manganese, 0.31-0.41; nickel, 0.01-0.10; boron, 0.01-0.10; cobalt, 0.01-0.04; molybdenum, 0.01-0.18; vanadium, 0.10-0.13; fluorine, 0.9-0.10; glycerine, 0.5-0.7; glycine, 0.1-0.3; ethylenediaminetetraacetate, 1.67-2.54; tartaric acid, 1.80-1.96; succinic acid, 0.45-0.70; L-(+)-ascorbic acid, 0.4-0.6; citric acid, 1.20-1.36; distilled water, the balance. Additive is introduced in the amount of 1.8-2.2 l per 1000 dal of vodka, mixture is aged for 3-5 h, mixed with water, and then cleaned with activated carbon and filtered. EFFECT: increased organoleptical properties of vodka, its stability at storage; broadened assortment of high-quality biologically active of vodkas. |
