THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER COMPOSITION

FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: thermoplastic rubber composition has carboxyl-containing butadiene-nitrile rubber, plastic based on copolymer containing, wt.-%: acrylonitrile links 20.0-27.3; butadiene links 23.0-31.1 and styrene (methylstyrene) links 48-52, and also plasticizing agent, phenolic type antioxidizing agent, bivalent metal oxide or hydroxide taken from the group involving zinc, magnesium, calcium, and butadiene(isoprene)styrene thermoelastoplastic exhibiting melting index 4-14 g/10 min. Composition has carboxyl-containing butadiene-nitrile rubber, plastic and phenolic type antioxidizing agent in the form of preliminary prepared mother mixture at the following ratio of components, mas. p.: mother mixture 100; plasticizing agent 1-60; bivalent metal oxide or hydroxide 2-14, and butadiene(isoprene)styrene thermoelastoplastic 1-10. Composition can contain butadiene-nitrile-styrene-carboxylate rubber as carboxyl-containing rubber at the following mass content of bound monomers, %: acrylic acid nitrile 14-30; styrene 10-30; butadiene 48-54, and methacrylic acid 2-10. Composition can contain additionally, mas. p.: filling agent 1-50 and amine type antioxidizing agent 0.2-3.0 per 100 mas. p. mother mixture.
