Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: in order to decrease losses of monomers from thermopolymerization, cracking and resin formation, contact gas resulting from hydrocarbon dehydrogenation with temperature of 550-620 C is quenched with cooling liquid to 30-50 C. Cooling liquid includes hydrocarbon fraction evaporating at temperature above 160 C and containing 20 to 60 wt % paraffin hydrocarbons, 0.5-1.2 wt % sulfurous compounds in terms of sulfur. EFFECT: more efficient cooling method. |
