DEVICE FOR CARTRIDGING OF GRANULAR EXPLOSIVES

FIELD: production of cartridged explosives, applicable in mining industry for production of blasting cartridges from simplest granular explosives prepared in situ. SUBSTANCE: the device uses a unit intended to feed material to polymeric shell, unit intended to shape a charge in the shell, and a shell ends sealing unit. The material feed unit is made as a bunker with an air- operated charge loader. The latter is connected through a distillation pipe-line to an extension piece passed through the bunker and brought outside through a charging recess in the bunker wall furnished with a sealing bush. The charge shaping unit uses a rigid case made for longitudinal movement and accommodation of shell inside it. The case with the shell adjoins the charging recess and fixed relative it. The bush and case correspond to the respective standard size of the shell. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwgg
