SUBSTANCE: deep drawing die set includes coaxially arranged container, die and movable one relative to another holder and punch, supporting member in the form of elastic medium arranged in peripheral portion of die. Sealing of peripheral cavity with elastic medium relative to container is realized by means of two elastically deformed rings of antifriction material, for example of beryllium bronze. Said rings have cross section in the form of right triangle whose small leg is directed along generatrix of cylindrical surface of holder and drawing ring, whose large leg is directed radially in plane of holder and drawing ring and hypotenuse is directed along generatrix of cone surfaces of chamfers of said holder and drawing die respectively. Length of large leg is set in range 0.5 (Dc-Do) > l > So and inclination angle of hypotenuse relative to said large leg is selected according to relation , where Dc - inner diameter of container, mm; Do- inner diameter of elastic-medium ring, mm; l - length of large leg of cross section of elastically deformed ring, mm; deltao - initial thickness of elastic-medium ring, mm; ??- friction factor of elastically deformed rings along holder and drawing ring of die.
