Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: self-protection arms, in particular, pistols, revolvers, etc.; used in weapon of other types, having gas ammunition. SUBSTANCE: gas cartridge has case 1 with primer cap 2, powder charge 3, crystal fine-dispersed irritant 4, wad 5, sealing components in the form of plastic stopper 6 opening on cross-shaped cut "a", and elastic perforated bag 7. The size of perforation depends on irritant dispersity. The length of bag 7 exceeds the cavity for irritant. Bag 7 is so made that the bag bottom fits to the bottom of stopper 6, and the bag wall is located either on the external surface of the front, lowered in diameter part of case 1, with neck "b" of bag 7 glued to case 1, or inside case 1 between its inner surface and surface of the front part of stopper 6, lowered in diameter; neck "b" of bag 7 is fastened to case 1 in this case by lock ring 8.
