SUBSTANCE: separator is formed in course of interaction of agents in form of rubber-like jelly-like mass equidistant relative to surface of chamber at diameter exceeding the inner diameter of pipe line $$$ and length L=(2-10) $$$; then elastic deformation state is created in manufacture of separator at preset relative deformation coefficient K over diameter $$$ within 0.01 to 0.5. Separator is formed at varying elastic deformation characteristic lengthwise; maximum elastic deformation properties are ensure in head and tail portion, minimum properties being created in center portion. Tail portion is formed as concave contour of smooth quadratic curve, for example, in form of segment having height of $$$.
