SUBSTANCE: present invention describes complexes including N-ethoxycarbonyl-3- morpolinesydnoneimine or salts thereof with cyclodextrin or derivatives thereof, preparation thereof and pharmaceutical composition which comprise said complexes. Complex including N-ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholine- sydnoneimine is prepared by (a) reacting N- ethoxycarbonyl-3-morpholinesydnoneimine or salt thereof and cyclodextrin derivative in solvent and optionally separating complex from solution by removal of water or (b) by vigorously grinding mixture of N-ethoxycarbonyl-3- morpholinesydnoneimine or salt thereof with cyclodextrin derivative.
