Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: composite polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing foam-forming composite materials for electric-insulation technics and footwear industry by way of diluting product with basic-grade polyvinylchloride plasticized substance. Invention consists in mixing polyvinylchloride plasticized substance with ester-type plasticized substance, gas- forming agent, and gas-forming agent decomposition activator, after which mixture is masticated in extruder and cut into granules. To avoid preliminary decomposition of gas-forming agent, component mixing process is divided into two steps: polyvinylchloride plasticized substance, plasticizer, and then preliminarily mixed gas- forming agent and its decomposition activator are first loaded into the mixer and resultant mixture is agitated for 15-20 min, after which mastication is carried out in single-worm extruder at 105-115 C to produce bars that are finally cut into granules.
