Then 1-2 weeks later 2-3 barrages and coagulation of central retinal departments as dependent upon edema spreading are conducted stage by stage at 1-2-week-long intervals. In area of vessels of the second order - at the mode of 250-350 milliwatt and 0.05-0.1 second exposure and macula diameter of 100 mcm. Then the second and the third barrages are carried out in area of vessels of the third order and terminal branching of paramacular vessels at the mode of 200-300 milliwatt and 0.05-0.1 second exposure and macula diameter of 50 mcm. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
