Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has femoral and tibial parts having also intraosseous rods with platforms. Coupled platform surfaces have the shape of condylar members. Tibial part has wedge-like rest disposed between the condylar members. Recess is manufactured between the asymmetric condyles of the femoral part for the wedge-like rest to be placed there. Toroidal protrusions are made on the longitudinal surface of femoral part of the condylar members. Corresponding toroidal grooves are produced on tibial part condyle. Protrusion radius decreases in the flexion direction. Grooves curvature radius increases in the direction perpendicular to the flexion direction. Method involves preparing source raw materials, producing ceramic mass, molding half-finished articles, applying hot die casting method, high temperature drying, mechanical working before burning. In performing mechanical working before burning, surface roughness is coarsened in the areas adjacent to bone tissue, rod and platform surface roughness in particular. In performing mechanical working after burning, endoprosthesis parts are ground and finished to reach prescribed sizes, Toroidal pairs friction surfaces are polished. Heat treatment being accomplished, the half-finished article is subjected to two-stage heat setting in vacuum and in atmosphere. Repeated heat setting is carried out after final post-burning mechanical working for relieving internal stresses and nominal material tension conformance inspection is also done.
