Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: manufacture of fittings. SUBSTANCE: shut-off device has body 3, valve plate 1 with ear 2 and bush 13 rigidly fitted on fins along axis of body. Stem 11 fitted in bush is connected with ear 2. Shut-off device is provided with spring-loaded double-arm lever 24 whose one arm is engageable with ear 2 in closed position and other arm is engageable with stop 22 in open position; stop 22 is fitted in bush 13. Hollow rod 11 has holes for balls 15 of ball lock. Spring-loaded rod 29 is arranged in stem for engagement with ear 2. Rod 29 has bore for balls 15. Valve plate is spring- loaded.
