PROCESS OF FIXING OF ROCK WORKINGS

FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: process of fixing of rock working includes support of open surface of roof by means of makeshift lining with its subsequent movement to driven section, formation of bearing shell with the aid of forms and erection of permanent lining after this. Forms rest against supporting member, it houses spring-loaded partition coupled to mobile part of punch prop. For formation of bearing shell forms are first driven under roof, spring-loaded partition is oriented below design mark of working height and is used to consolidate hardening material to level of design mark of working. After hardening of material forms are transferred to another position. Frames of permanent roof are erected under formed bearing shell at specified design mark of working. Surface of spring-loaded forms facing roof can be coated with antiadhesive material. EFFECT: improved efficiency and reliability of process. 1 cl, 5 dwga
