DEVICE FOR DISSECTING VENOUS VALVES

FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped knife 1 and handle 2 mounted on at the end of flexible rod 3 having coaxially mounted conic operation end piece 4 and tube 5 with terminal thrust member 6 with operation head 7 directed towards conic operation end piece 4. Operation head 7 is shaped as conic half-olive which top portion faces flexible tube 5 and having concentric ring-shaped protrusion 8 on the base. The base of conic operation end piece 4 is provided with hollow cylinder 9 which outer diameter is equal to base diameter of conic half-olive 7. Ring-shaped knife 1 is concentrically placed in hollow cylinder 9 with groove for ring-shaped protrusion 8 having height not exceeding the length of generatrix of hollow cylinder 9. EFFECT: no direct contact of cutting member and venous wall; lower traumatic complication risk. 1 dwg øøø1
