SUBSTANCE: green needles of fir-tree are dried, comminuted and extracted with organic solvent, the latter is constituted by mixture of petroleum ether and ethylacetate. Extract is treated with aqueous alkaline solution, and resulting mixture is maintained until it becomes separated into solid residue and aqueous phase having pH = 7-8. Then aqueous phase is separated and dried to obtain powder. EFFECT: higher effective biopreparation of vegetable origin. 2 tbl
