The endoprosthesis has neck controllable in length. Metaphyseal part, diaphyseal bushings and bearing rings have slots for preventing from rotation in distal regions. The diaphyseal bushings have various heights of 10, 30, 50 and 100 mm. Recess entry opening of the polyethylene insert is 1.5 mm smaller when compared to the head diameter. Insert depth is made larger by at least 1 mm. EFFECT: enhanced stability in fixing endoprosthesis. 10 dwgu
