Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: heat-power engineering; food-processing industry for milk pasteurization. SUBSTANCE: device contains hollow cylindrical casing 1, inlet branch pipe 2 and outlet branch pipe 3 on its lateral surface, end plates with sealing units closing casing 1 on either side and tubular elements 4 arranged inside casing 1 along its axis and passed through sealing units. Each sealing unit is pressed between respective end plate and recess 8 on inner surface of casing 1; it is made in the form of two discs 5 and 6 having holes for tubular elements 4 with flexible member 7 between them. Fitted between discs 5 and 6 located on side of inner cavity of casing 1 and recesses 8 are circular gaskets 9 which are made from material whose hardness exceeds that of material of flexible member 7.
