Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: powder metallurgy, in particular, production of thermonuclear reactor blanket components. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing mixture of metal beryllium and beryllium hydride into press mold; heating to 140-190 C and pressing under pressure of 200-400 MPa; providing rigid fixation of punches, when maximum additive density of mixture and predetermined geometry of article are achieved; effectuating thermal decomposition of beryllium hydride by heating press mold with pressed material to 300 C and holding at this temperature in fixed punches for 30-60 min; cooling press mold and pressing out article. When article with spongy metal enclosed in tightly adjoining enclosure is to be obtained, enclosure of required configuration is positioned in press mold prior to charging of mixture. Weight percent of beryllium hydride in base mixture is determined in accordance with predetermined density of article by expression: 64 (184-100 ρu)(22.8-120 ρu), where ρu is predetermined density of article. Amount of mixture required for obtaining of articles with predetermined density and volume is determined by expression: (22.1-120 ρu/132, where V(4) is predetermined volume of articles. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of articles. 13 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tblt |
