Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method is conducted by making ultrasound impact upon area of immunocompetent organs, for example, thymus, in a group of animals, for example, mice. In 1-2 days after ultrasound impact course is finished external acute gamma-radiation of animals is conducted at the dose of 2.5. Some animals are tested on the fifth day after irradiation, other - on the twelfth day. Leukocyte content in capillary blood (in 109 cell/ml), cell quantity in thymus (in 106 cell/100 mg thymus weight), spleen weight (mg) are estimated. Prophylaxis coefficient is counted and at its values on the fifth day after irradiation being above 3.3 the presence of early prophylactic effect is stated on, on the twelfth day after irradiation being above 10.9 the presence of prophylactic effect at phase of the highest radial manifestations is concluded.
