SUBSTANCE: water is subjected to electromagnetic infralow frequency treatment with separation of water with pH 5-6 which is mixed with components of lubricant-coolant. Produced mixture is treated with effect of ultrasonic and pulse generator at optimal intensity of magnetic field. EFFECT: increased stability of cutting tools, improved quality of machined surface and labor conditions of operators, saving in resources and power, rational use of lubricant-coolant based on water. 2 dwgv
