Zusammenfassung:	FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: method comes to assembling a raw tyre blank on technological equipment. Assembled blank is placed in vulcanizer mould and vulcanization at temperature of 30-90 C is carried out. Holes for antislip studs are made in tyre taken out of vulcanizer at temperatures within 30 and 90 C and are filled with sulphur and rubber based glue after which antislip studs preliminarily coated with copper containing material are fitted into holes. This done, tyre is put onto vulcanizer diaphragm disk, is blown to preset value, is subjected to balancing and then is stabilized to complete vulcanization. EFFECT: improved quality of tyres.
