Zusammenfassung:FIELD: abrasive tools. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing abrasive tools for grinding objects of hard alloys and nonmetallic materials. Tool contains 15.3-90.9% of diamond, 1.1-54.7% abrasive filler, and 8.0-30.0 glass binder. The latter is borate glass including (in wt %): 3.85-9.85 ZnO, 3.77-17.77 CdO, 6.0-20.0 BaO, 2.7- 6.7 CaO, 5.66-11.66 SrO, 24.47-44.47 B2O3, 8.1-20.1 Na3AlF6, 1.35-3.35 LiO2, 2.7-6.7 V2O5, and 0.1-0.7 WO3. CaO/V2O5, LiO2/V2O5, and Na3AlF6/V2O5 ratios in binder are 1:1, 1: 2, and 3:1, respectively. EFFECT: improved abrasive property. 2 cl, 2 tbl
