SUBSTANCE: composition contains (in wt %): perchlorate oxidant and/or potassium nitrate and barium nitrate, 45-48; oxygen-containing binder - epoxide or unsaturated polyester resin or urethane, nitrile, or butyl rubber, or their mixture, 5-30; plasticizer - dibutyl phthalate, dibutyl sebacinate, dioctyl sebacinate, dioctyl sebacinate, glycerol triacetate, oleic acid nitrile, oleic acid, or their mixture, 2-15; burning modifier - variable-valence metal oxides (manganese dioxide, nickel oxide, cupric oxide, ferric oxide, or their mixture), 0.5-2.0; process additive, surfactants and hardeners for oxygen-containing binder, the balance.
