Zusammenfassung:FIELD: tests of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: bed has base for attachment of supports of tested unit-crankcase having technological head of unit and pistons located in cylinders, device measuring stresses in tested unit-crankcase and loading device. Bed is fitted with tensometric coupling anchored on base for joining with tested crankshaft installed in unit-crankcase and for registration of the latter in one of preset positions. Loading device incorporates power frame and screw pairs in agreement with number of cylinders. Power frame has upper plate coupled to technological head of unit and unit-crankcase and lower plate positioned between upper plate and head and coupled to base with the aid of columns. Nut of each screw pair has bearing surfaces located between these plates in opposition to them and drive. Screw is made up of two members interjointed for angular movement of one relative to another, upper one being passed through slot in piston bottom and fixed against angular movement while nut rotates and lower one is manufactured in the form of fork kinematically coupled to connecting rod. Such design of bed provides for capability to model quasi-static stressed-deformed state of unit-crankcase and crankshaft with allowance for their interaction at any moment by angle of its turn with highest completeness and authenticity, ensures stability of this state in time.
