SELF-ACTING STRAIGHT-FLOW VALVE

FIELD: mechanical engineering; positive displacement machines. SUBSTANCE: valve has rectangular section seats assembled into pack and provided on side with tapering gas channels with ribs, intermediate plates with ports installed on ribs of gas channels, detachable working plates overlapping the ports of intermediate plates, working plate lift limiters arranged at an angle to intermediate plates, leaf springs installed between working plates and lift limiters, and working plate locks. Novelty in proposed valve is that cross slots 10 are made in lower low-travel portion of working plates 4 at two sides in direction of gas flow. Cross slots 10 form shanks 11 with grips 12 bent towards lift limiter 3. Leaf springs 9 are provided with low-travel base 13 with lower and upper edges 15 and 16, respectively. Lower edge 15 thrusts against shanks 11 of working plates 4. Upper edge 16 thrusts against projection 17 made on lift limiter 3. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 cl, 10 dwgd
