SUBSTANCE: according to method, applied to polluted surface is adsorbent, polluted soil and adsorbent are mixed together, then they mixed with water, and contaminated products are removed. Prior to application of adsorbent, placed along pollution boundary is longitudinal floating boom-like oil-absorbing barrier. After mixing of polluted soil with adsorbent, water level is raised at river section up to pollution boundary by installing water-holding structure and lateral boom-like barrier. Then, created water surface is additionally treated with adsorbent. After removal of contamination, water level is lowered to natural mark, water-holding structure and boom-like barriers are removed.
