Zusammenfassung:FIELD: geophysics, test of stressed state of the Earth's crust and prediction of time, location and force of earthquakes on basis of measurements of high-frequency noises in process of preparation of earthquakes. SUBSTANCE: zones of feasible heavy earthquakes are isolated. Observations of conditions of change of high-frequency noises are conducted in area of preparation. Components related to terrestrial tides are isolated in recorded noise signal. Changes of phase of isolated components are used to evaluate stressed condition of the Earth's crust and preparation of earthquake, its force and probability of realization are forecast. EFFECT: improved authenticity of method.
