METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF OBLIGATORY FORMS OF PRE-CANCER AND MALIGNANT NEOPLASMS

FIELD: oncology. SUBSTANCE: juice is taken fasting out of nail phalanx of hand. Samples of native blood 12-15 times diluted with physiological solution are prepared. Laser correlation spectroscopy of native plasma of blood are performed. For 8 min, 800000 spectra are accumulated. When in human blood plasma, particles with hydrodynamic radii 5-30 mm in proportion 35-55% are detected, obligatory form of pre-cancer in patient is diagnosed. If percentage of above-mentioned particles reaches 55% or more, malignant neoplasms in patient are stated. When other proportions of these particles are found, no diseases of the mentioned type are diagnosed. Method allows revealing and estimating changes in homeostasis.
