Polyester is further neutralized with amine solution to obtain concentration of 70-90, heated at 80 to 100 C to achieve constant viscosity and is subsequently neutralized with amine to 100% concentration. Desired additives are optionally added to dispersion. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 11 cl
