Zusammenfassung:FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: implant is manufactured as monolith combined rod from titanium cylinder rounded at apical end so that its root portion is provided with tread at 1/3 of its length and the portion close to neck has cylindrical porous form. When introduced into bone wound, the implant provides physiological pressure that is minimum in the region close to neck and is maximum in the apical region.
