Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: matrix has circular body 1 with concave surfaces 2 and 3 and transverse groove 4. Grooves 3 and 6 are made on concave surfaces 2 and 3. These grooves are of constant or variable depth in length for guiding the lugs of cramp 7. Transverse groove 4 has side surfaces 8 and 9. Inlet parts of holes 10 and 11 for bending the lugs of cramp 7 are made on the above-indicated side surfaces opposite to grooves 5 and 6. Longitudinal axes of holes 10 and 11 form angle $$$ between them unequal to 180 deg. or 0 deg. in projection on one of planes 9 and 8 of transverse groove 4. Axis of each groove 10 and 11 also form angle $$$ with bottom plane of groove 4 which is not equal to 0 deg. either. Thus during further deformation lugs of cramp 7 bend into rings with the aid of holes 10 and 11 and cross one another, which does not interfere with their movement relative to one another and deformation. Ends of cramp lugs form rigid circular grip which prevents them from separating after apparatus is removed from organ being dressed, when load of grip formed by cramp appears. EFFECT: more effective construction. 2 cl, 10 dwg øøø1 |
