Hydrolysis is carried out at 120 C for 2 h, hydrolyzate is cooled to 45 C and pH value is brought about to 7.0 with hydrochloric acid solution. Then material is hydrolyzed with enzyme from cattle pancreas. Enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at 42-43 C for 6-7, 6 and 4-5 days for globulins, chicken embryos and fibrin and blood clots, respectively.
