Zusammenfassung:FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: to release amino acids from protein-containing waste the latter is subjected for contact with 26% ammonia aqueous solution and hydrolyzable substrate is milled. Raw is diluted preliminary with water at ratio 1:1.5, 1:5 and 1:1.6 for globulins, chicken embryos and fibrin and blood clots, respectively. To prepared raw 26% ammonia aqueous solution is added as measured 19 ml/1 l mixture and water. Hydrolysis is carried out at 120 C for 2 h, hydrolyzate is cooled to 45 C and pH value is brought about to 7.0 with hydrochloric acid solution. Then material is hydrolyzed with enzyme from cattle pancreas. Enzymatic hydrolysis is carried out at 42-43 C for 6-7, 6 and 4-5 days for globulins, chicken embryos and fibrin and blood clots, respectively.
