Zusammenfassung:FIELD: manufacture and quality control of formed and rolled wheels. SUBSTANCE: quality control is realized for detecting cracking of disc surface during 1.5 days after shot blasting. Magnetic powder flaw detection apparatus is used for centering wheel according to end surfaces of its rim and boss by means of electromagnet supports at successively rotating said wheel clockwise and counter-clockwise and simultaneously applying magnetic suspension onto controlled surfaces. Secondary quality control after removing detected flaw by working is realized after secondary shot blasting operation. EFFECT: enhanced quality of wheel made by such process.
