SUBSTANCE: composition comprises concentrate of ether-aldehyde fraction is waste of rectifying of ethyl alcohol, cellulose nitrates is prepared by processing of nitrocellulose gunpowder, waste of cellulose nitrates collected of technological water and sewage, acetone and technical paraffin within definite ranges. EFFECT: expanded variety of origin materials; decreased cost of composition; improved ecological features of the process. 3 tbl-
