Shutting off element and seat are manufactured in the form of cones with misaligned slits. When valve is closed slits of shutting element do not match slits of seat. With increase of inclination angle area of discharge holes grows. There is also suggested version of drive with inertial flywheel. Flywheel is joined to shutting off element by means of clutch.
