SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes drive unit in the form of power cylinder, bending units having slide blocks in the form of pinion-shaft mounted with possibility of engagement with toothed rack arranged in housing. Bending rods are arranged on said slide blocks, Apparatus also includes adjustable stops normalizing bent contour of part and mechanism for bending up ends of part in the form of template with two working surfaces. One of said surfaces is provided with jaw having grooves for gripping parts; another is mounted with possibility of engagement with die carrying roller engaging with said template. Rotary knocking out member of apparatus is in the form of Å-shaped frame. Inclined grooves are made on end surfaces of said slide blocks for fixing end portions of part.
