Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: concentration of minerals applicable in separation of gold-containing mined mass into sorts. SUBSTANCE: the offered method is based on sorting of portions of mined mass, mainly, in open pits served by excavator-automobile complex in the process chain - OPEN PIT-CONCENTRATING MILL STORES with realization of the principle of correction of classification rule of self-teaching type. Determined in mined mass of each portion is content of rock-forming elements and gold-associated elements. Periodically performed in separate portions of mined mass is phase-rational analysis of ore. Process type of mined mass is determined by the form of gold occurrence. On the basis of the ELEMENTS CONTENT-MINED MASS PROCESS TYPE relation classification rule is corrected in addressing next portions. The system for embodiment of the offered method includes portion formation unit, transportation portion vessel, unit for estimation of mined mass quality, and addressing unit. The unit for estimation of mined mass quality has unit for determination of content of rock-forming elements and gold-associated elements, unit for computation of classification rule, unit of phase-rational analysis, comparison unit, unit for formation of teaching selection, and correction unit.
