SUBSTANCE: cryogenic liquid inside a tank is cooled up to a temperature lower than a minimum temperature of the cryogenic liquid in operation but no less than a temperature of solidification without admixtures. The liquid is then pumped to a tank to be filled through a filter with a mesh size of 5-40 mum. The liquid temperature is increased along the filling line. EFFECT: enhanced purification of liquid. 1 dwg
