Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: production of multilayer articles providing transmission of acoustic energy with minimum losses in material boundary. SUBSTANCE: aluminium based metal is used as heat sink in joints of glass and piezoelectric crystal. Nickel interlayer for covering connected surfaces is applied by electron beam evaporation and precipitation method with simultaneous irradiation with low energy ions of argon, energy not less than 5 keV and density of ion flow up to 150 $$$ at a speed of nickel spray coating not exceeding 20 nm/s and back temperature up to 120 C. Subsequent soldering is carried out at temperature lower than piezocrystal depolarization temperature, for instance, not exceeding 200 C. Tin based alloy is used as solder. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities; possibility to use articles in weakly acid and weakly alkaline media. |
