Zusammenfassung: | FIELD: superconducting materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates, in particular, to manufacturing wires and tapes based on high-temperature superconducting materials. Method is performed by way of manufacturing shell, filling it with preliminarily prepared high-temperature superconducting ceramic powder doped with lead, machining prepared composite, and baking. The shell is manufactured from dispersion-hardened silver alloy with oxide-forming additives (0.005-0.05 wt % Ag-Al and 0.005-0.07 wt % Zr), whereupon internal oxidation of alloy is conducted at 500-600 C for 60-80 h. Method ensures manufacturing tapes with critical current density 10A/sq.cm at 77K and stability of superconduction parameters upon operation. High critical current densities are achieved after single machining of composite followed by baking tapes. Manufactured tapes possess considerable strength and high plasticity. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of conductors and simplified machining and baking procedures. 2 tbl |
