Zusammenfassung:FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft radio masking by electron beam. Proposed device is composed of gas-dynamic channel. It includes high-, medium- and low-vacuum lock chambers with evacuation means (getter and cryogenic pumps), separation chamber and ejector. The latter is aligned with beam escape axis. Separation chamber working as a gas-dynamic lock is arranged directly downstream of low- and medium-vacuum chambers. Separation chamber is communicated with vessel filled with vapours of a substance not being decomposed by electron beam into components, for example, by sulfur.EFFECT: expanded performances, decreased weight and sizes, higher reliability.3 cl, 1 dwg
