SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic field is built up by stationary source with line AB whose length depends on linear dimensions of stray inhomogeneities in vicinity of supply line; field is measured in close, intermediate, and distant regions of source. Doundaries of measurement area from fixed source are determined and time spaces of field set-up probing process required for obtaining information about geoelectric section and local inhomogeneity are measured. EFFECT: improved resolution of field set-up probing method in searching local inhomogeneities in medium, improved working capacity.
