WATERPROOF METAL CASING

Invention herewith described refers to the waterproof metal casing. For the casing there is characteristic the possibility of achieving a high level of IP protection, low weight and high rigidity. It is made of thin sheet metal and consists of the body (1), the cover (2) and the other elements allowing a comfortable mounting and application and provide the reliable protection for the protected area from the ingress of dust and water. This is made possible by using the elastic sealing element (5) which is fastened on the cover (2) by forming a welt around the fair opening (1) and the building in the blind nuts (3) placed outside the fair opening of the body (1). Limeno vodonepropusno kućište ima za novost to što obezbeđuje sigurnu zaštitu štićenog prostora time što se otvori za zavrtnjeve (4) na poklopcu (2) nalaze izvan svetlog otvora (S) koga čine okapnice na telu (1) kućišta. Primenjene su vodonepropusne "slepe" navrtake (3) koje se vodonepropusnim, presovanim ili zakovanim spojem ugrađuju u telo (1) kućišta i usmerene su svojim ulazom ka spoljnoj strani tela (1). Navrtke (3) su pozicionirane otvorima (R) na telu (1) kućišta tako da se ose zavtrnjeva (4) podudaraju sa osama navrtki (3). Pronalazak se primenjuje u razvodnim postrojenjima gde je potrebno ostvariti visok stepen zaštite od prodora prašine i vlage i obezbediti nesmetani rad sistema u otežanim radnim uslovima.
