Zusammenfassung: | Postupak dobijanja obloženih nanočestica srebra poliglutaminskom kiselinom AgNpPGA modifikovanom hemijskom redukcionom metodom naznačen time da se u vodeni rastvor natrijum hidroksida koncentracije 0,5wt%, dodaje glukoza kao redukciono sredstvo koncentracije 1wt%, biopolimer poli(α,γ L glutaminska kiselina) koncentracije 0,1wt%, kao stabilizator, i 0,5ml srebro nitrata uz mešanje na magnetnoj mešalici brzinom od 300rpm-a, i na temperaturi od 60°C, pri čemu se u sintezi ne koristi amonijak a dobijene nanočestice su stabilne duže od dva meseca.Prijava sadrži još 1 patentni zahtev.
Invention herewith described refers to the simple way for synthesis of micro and nanocomposite spheres of biodegradable polymer with finely dispersed silver nanoparticles in a polymer matrix in order to implement in the field of the controlled delivery of drugs and, primarily, to overcome the resistance to antibiotics. The silver nanoparticles are obtained by a modified chemical reduction method using sucrose or glucose as reducing agents and the poly(α, γ L glutamic acid) as a stabilizer. The silver nanoparticles are incorporated into the polyester PLGA by the physicochemical solvent/non-solvent method. Into the solution of poly (lactide-co-glycolide) in acetone there is added to the aqueous solution with silver nanoparticles and then the alcohol precipitation is done with methanol or ethanol. After the precipitation, the particles are stabilized with zeta potential, which created a PVA or PVP and then they are centrifuged, decanted and dried. |
