Zusammenfassung:	Polinuklearni kompleks oligomera pululana formule (I): koji ima Mw u opsegu od 1000 do 25000, sa gvožđe(III)-hidroksidom formule (II): gde je n=900 Polynuclear complex of oligomeres of pululan of formula (I) where n=100-8200, obtained by the process of synthesis of solved pululan insoluble with iron (III) hydroxy of the formula (II) where n=900 Process of synthesis is characterised by technical simplicity and economy. In accordance with the suggested procedure, preparation of pululan for synthesis is made, including its characterization (determination of Rs, Mw, Mn (n)), then the hydration is performed in order to remove the reduction groups, the gel of iron (III) hydroxy is prepared and the synthesis of complexes is achieved. Thus obtained complex is so prepared for pharamacological preparation and siubjected to later physical and chemical processes of purification. Thus obtained preparation is used in the prevention and healing of sideropenic annemia in human and veterinary medicine.
