Zusammenfassung: | Postupak za dobijanje senzorske funkcionalne keramike na bazi perovskita, koji obuhvata tribofizičku aktivaciju praha i sinterovanje prethodno tabletiranih uzoraka, naznačen time, što se tribofizička aktivacija smeše prahova BaCO3 i TiO2, u molamom odnosu 1:1, vrši u visoko energetskom vibro mlinu tokom 30, 90 i 180 min, kalciniše na 800C tokom 1 h, tabletira i zatim sinteruje na 1200 C tokom 2 h pri brzinama zagrevanja od 10C/min i 30 C/min.
Sensor functional ceramics based on perovskite belongs to the field of general electronics or electronic ceramics materials. The invention resolves the problem of getting functional ceramics on the basis of perovskite that can be used as the gasses sensor (O2, CO2, exhaust humes) and damp. The subject matter of the patent is the performance of a new procedure of synthesis of ceramics materials consisting of tribophysical activation of initial powders, thus increasing the total free surface as well as the inner energy. The later calcination and sintering at the temperatures lower than the usual temperatures of sintering (at the exactly defined speed of warming and time of sintering) as well as by applying procedures for the making of the wide layers of films, produce porose ceramics materials with dephined monostructure that enables the appearance and measuring of sensory effect. |
