Zusammenfassung: | The present invention which relates to the instrument for measuring the thermal conductivity of liquid samples at atmospheric pressure is based on the transient hot wire method. The specificity of the instrument is that instead of a long, thin wire made of platinum (Pt) for detecting the change of sample temperature, a more mechanically resistant, needle-shaped sensor is used. The sensor is significantly more robust, easier to clean and maintain, and more durable than free-standing thin wire. The instrument consists of one or more measuring cells with a needle-shaped sensor, which allow operation with one or multiple samples simultaneously and a significant increase of work efficiency, especially in the characterization of multicomponent mixtures. An integral part of the instrument is the corresponding software that allows regulation of the measuring parameters, data collection and processing of the measurement results. The instrument can be used wherever there is a need for determining the thermal conductivity of liquid samples.
Predmetni pronalazak se odnosi na uređaj za merenje toplotne provodnosti tečnih uzoraka na atmosferskom pritisku, a baziran je na impulsnoj metodi tople žice. Specifičnost uređaja sastoji se u tome da se umesto duge, tanke žice izrađene od platine (Pt) za detektovanje promene temperature uzorka koristi mehanički otporniji senzor u obliku igle. Senzor je znatno robusniji, lakši za čišćenje i održavanje i izdržljiviji od slobodnostojeće tanke žice. Uređaj se sastoji od jedne ili više mernih ćelija sa senzorom u obliku igle, što omogućava rad sa jednim ili više uzoraka istovremeno i značajno povećanje efikasnosti rada, posebno pri karakterizaciji višekomponentnih smeša. Sastavni deo uređaja je i odgovarajući upravljački sistem koji omogućava podešavanje mernih parametara, prikupljanje podataka i obradu rezultata merenja. Uređaj se može koristiti u svim oblastima gde postoji potreba za određivanjem toplotne provodnosti tečnih uzoraka. |
