Zusammenfassung: | The invention refers to a method for making the beeswax foundations (2) of the recycled wax from the old hive frames. Molten sterile wax, in the form of coils, which is subsequently sterilized at a temperature of 120°C and aged in a liquid state, is placed into the container (4) of the device (16) for making the beeswax foundations (2) at a temperature of 80-90°C as a liquid wax (5). A sterile canvas (1) is placed and led between the free rotatable rollers (6, 7), and then passed through the liquid wax (5) at the container (4) and wraps around the free rotatable rollers (8, 9) in the oil. Further on, a sterile canvas (1) soaked with liquid wax (5) is guided between a smooth free rotatable rollers (10, 11) which perform thickness calibration, and remove any excess wax, and is then guided between the rollers (12, 13), which perform printing at the beeswax foundation (2). Rollers (12, 13) also have the drive function because they guide sterile canvas (1) through the liquid wax (5) around free rotatable rollers (8, 9) in the oil, and free rotatable rollers (6, 7, 10, 11). Blades (14, 15) are mounted behind the rollers (12, 13) which perform cutting to the size of foundations (2).There is a variant I where instead of a sterile canvas (1), paper (3) is used.By using this method it is possible to obtain beeswax foundations (2) which are up to ten times less in weight, and which are much more resistant to tearing and stretching.
Valjci (12, 13) imaju ujedno i pogonsku funkciju jer provlače sterilno platno (1) kroz tečni vosak (5) oko slobodno okretnih valjaka (8, 9) u ulju i između slobodno okretnih valjaka (6, 7, 10, 11).
