HARD PARAFFIN BRIQUETTED BAIT

Invention herewith described refers to the hard paraffin briquetted bait which is the product for use in the pest control. It is used to kill mice and rats in households, utility hygiene, warehouses, industrial buildings, farms as well as in the open, planted or unplanted areas. The preparation is created as the mixture of the corresponding components, within which the primary active substance is rodenticide, which is in the Republic of Serbia approved for use in the form of bromadiolone. Besides bromadiolone, the hard paraffin briquetted bait contains attractant (sugar), the carrier component (corn grit and cracked wheat), an aromatic component and a binding component (edible oil and paraffin). The preparation is the optimal mixture for destruction of rodents, composed of 0.25% bromadiolone, 0.20% denatonium benzoate, 0.05% rhodamine B and 1.5% propylene glycol, with 98% mass portion of the total weight of the preparation consisting of the carrier component attractant, the aromatic component and the binding component. The preparation has the best briquetting quality if the time of the paraffin block preparation is 15 sec., the pressure in the mold 80 bar, the inlet temperature of the heating body 60°C and the output temperature 45°C, with the 28.5% paraffin mass portion of the total mass. Tvrdi parafinski briketirani mamac predstavlja preparat za primenu u deratizaciji, a služi za uništavanje miševa i pacova u domaćinstvima, komunalnoj higijeni, skladištima, industrijskim objektima, farmama, kao i na otvorenim, zasađenim ili nezasađenim prostorima. Preparat je nastao mešavinom odgovarajućih komponenti, u okviru kojih osnovnu aktivnu materiju čini rodenticid, koji je odobren za upotrebu u Srbiji u obliku bromadiolona. Osim bromadiolona tvrdi parafinski briketirani mamac sadrži atraktant (šećer), noseću komponentu (kukurzna prekrupa i pšenični lom), aromatičnu komponentu i vezivnu komponentu (jestivo ulje i parafin). Preparat predstavlja optimalnu mešavinu za uništavanje glodara, što je sastavljen od 0,25% bromadiolina, 0,20% denatonijum benzoata, 0,05% rodomina B i 1,5% propilen glikola, uz 98% od težinskog udela ukupne mase preparata, koju čine noseća komponenta, atraktant, aromatična i vezivna komponenta.Preparat obezbeđuje najbolji kvalitet briketiranja ako je vreme izrade parafinskog bloka 15 sec, pritisak u kalupu 80 bara, ulazna temperatura u grejnom telu 60°C, a izlazna 45°C, uz težinsko učešće parafina od 28,5% u ukupnoj masi.
